My house has been on the market for four months...
And in this economy...
It could have sat for a long time.
And speaking of time…
All three buyers...
Want possession at closing!
YIKES!
I will bargain for more time...
With whomever I go with…
But YIKES!
It means I'm going to be in overdrive...
Getting the house cleared out.

No NaNoWriMo for me.
