(always a good thing)
That I'd watch just a bit of the Royal Wedding...
While the coffee brewed.
A few minutes into the TV coverage though...
I realized...
I was hooked!
And way under dressed.
I needed a hat!
And so I scurried off to make one.
And here it is...
(if you look hard enough, you'll see a mardi gras mask)
(thankfully you can't see I'm still in my jams under the jacket)
I guess I do love all the pomp and circumstance.
So...
Pip, pip...cheerio...
I hear the crowds cheering...
And I'm off to watch more.
Hope you'll have a royally splendid weekend.
Oh...are you watching?
Always, Em-Musing

hahah. Awesome hat! I'd much rather read blogs than watch a wedding! UGh. Why do I seem to be the only one who isn't into it???
Oooh...you look very British!
Of course I'm watching! LOL!
I watched a bit of it--from the Prince showing up to Kate showing up. Love the hat!
(cookie monster)
Love the hat! Yes, I did watch, although still in my jammies. I had to stop after the kiss on the balconey though. Have to mow the lawns.
I meant oscar the grouch!
I read your comment at Jill's blog and had to come see your hat! Love it! I did not see it Live as it broadcasted here at 2AM but have and will continue to view the highlights.
I love hearing the bells of Westminster abbey pealing to such happy stuff! Definitely worth the 35 million price tag in my opinion.
Your hat is awesome. Very British-looking (or, at least, my lame American idea of what might be British-looking; I defer to actual Brits). I have pretty much ignored coverage of this event. I'd be more interested if those talking about it all wore hats like yours.
Stunning hat - I watched the whole thing on the till computer at the shop along with about 10 customers who glanced and got hooked... didn't think I was fussed... but got strangely into it!
Lxxx
I think you have the very best hat I've seen all day. =)
I think I saw you at the royal wedding sporting that hat :))
I think you are hilarious! Thanks for sharing - and congratulation on your new career as a milliner and stylist extraordinaire. Come over to London, they could do with your kind of style! xx, isabelle
