I tawt
I taw…
A tweetie bird.
Yup!
Me!
I tweeted!
OK, yes…I always tweet my blog link…
But that’s not the same as real tweeting…
Where you say something spontaneous...
Amidst hundreds of tweeters tweeting.
So, yesterday…
As I sat cleaning my phone key pad…
Of gooey crud with an X-acto knife…
I realized…
I’m not cleaning…
I’m procrastinating!
And instantly a tweet popped into my head.
And then another, and another, and another.
Now, I’m not saying they were good or clever…
I’m just saying…
I did it.
For months I felt like the kid on the diving board…
Too afraid to jump off…
Or standing by kids with a jump rope…
Not knowing when to jump in.
Well, I jumped, I dove—I tweeted!
And then it dawned on me…
Is tweeting just another form of…
Procrastination?
So?
Are you tweeting?
Has your time paid off?
How?
Always, Em-Musing

Um, yes. Tweeting is just another form of procrastination. Great, isn't it. :)
So, you figured it out, hu? Welcome to the twitterverse!
I have my twitter connected to my facebook page. Therefore, I tweet. I also use it to connect to friends sometimes. And I just found you...
lucky you????
i have the same set up samantha has. i have gone in cycles. i tweeted. i don't tweet. now i tweet when i post on facebook, which means i tweet whatever i blog. but i feel guilty, as i don't follow tweets, and i'm not participating in that forum as i do with other blogs. so i'm constantly wondering how this tweet thing will work for me or with me, or if it will at all:)
maybe it really is procrastination.
Yay, you tweeted!
Tweeting was hard for me too, at first. I was on Twitter for a year and I think I tweeted 3 times because I never knew what to say. But eventually, I started thinking of stuff, and making friends, and it got easier. Now I'm positively addicted!
Do we follow each other? If not, follow me! @JenniferHillier
i LOVE twitter!!!
